Sarri Snubs Victor Moses Again as West Ham End Chelsea 100% Run

Sarri
By Niyi Busari Chelsea Coach Maurizio Sarri once again left Nigerian international, Victor Moses on the bench for the whole 90 minutes in their week 6 of the 2018/19 premier league season. Ironically, Victor Moses announced his international football retirement after the FIFA World cup in Russia where he has one assist and one goal to his credit. The former Liverpool winger, played a vital role for the Blues in the last two seasons as he fitted in perfectly in the wing-back role under Conte. The 3-5-2 system worked out well for Conte, reason why he won the Premier league and FA cup titles during his reigns as Chelsea coach. Chelsea fans have asked the former Napoli FC of Italy why Victor Moses has not tasted any action this season. In his response, he said Victor Moses must work hard to bench Brazilian winger Willian, and Spanish forward Pedro for him to stand a chance of playing. Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea failed to score in a match for the first time this season as the team played a goalless draw against West Ham. He completed the substitutes when he fielded Morata for Olivier Giroud in the 65th minute, Cahill came in for Rudiger in the 69th minute, while Ross Barkley substituted Mateo Kovavic in the 79th minute. The unused substitutes are; Cesc Fabregas, Willy Caballero, David Zapacosta, and Victor Moses. Chelsea's goaless draw away to West Ham in a London derby ended the Blues 100% run, leaving the team with 16 points in 6 premier league games. Chelsea FC are now 3rd on the log only Liverpool FC and Manchester city are above Chelsea with 18 and 16 points respectively.
